I am in need of help...

I am trying to make a craft out of paper mache. It spells out "snow". I am missing the "s". The company I ordered the rest of the letters from ran out of the letter "s" but sent all the other letters anyway. I would have cancelled the order, if they would have called me to tell me the "s" would not be coming, nor would they be making any more. So needless to say, I cannot find a 12 inch letter "s" anywhere. So, if you happen to come across two 12 inch paper mache letter "s"s I will be eternally greatful! Maybe someone knows how to make them? Please let me know.
