Halloween fun...already?

This weekend we went to my sister's in Pleasant Grove. We had a fun filled weekend. We went to Gardener Village twice, to the zoo, and out to eat at a very yummy Japanese resturant. I'd have to say that Gardener Village, the second time was the funnest. We didn't have any children with us, except baby Jake, but he was very good. We were able to go in the shops and look around at all the neat stuff. We have some craft ideas from some of the stores to make, now! Gardener Village decorates witches everywhere for Halloween. Some are mechanical that actually move! They are so fun to see. These are some of my favorite witches.

At Gardener Village, we took our family picture. The dreaded family picture I make my family take every year. The ones we took, were not my favorite. The scenery was really cool, though.

We took Halloween pictures while we were there. Dalton is the Tin Man from the Wizard of Oz.

Preston is the scarecrow.

Alee is, of course, Dorothy.

Cousin pictures! Some of the cousins were missing, so Saturday morning, we got the kids all dressed up again in costumes and took more pictures. I think individual family pictures would have been alot easier, than a big group together. We didn't get a single picture with all of them looking at the camera.

Then I made my family get dressed up again to re-do our family pictures. They were not happy about that at all. But they did it and the pictures turned out. Thanks to Carie for taking them! I really liked how they turned out. I'll have to post the first pictures later. I didn't want to overwhelm the computer!
