For the 24th of July weekend we had another family reunion.  This time it was just Mel's brothers and sisters and parents.  We met in Kanab and spent the night Friday night. Saturday morning we had family pictures taken, then we went to the pioneer day parade and activities.  The afternoon was spent swimming and relaxing.  We did the normal Sunday activities and had a family fireside that evening.  Monday morning we woke up early and headed to Lake Powell.  Once we finally got there, we had so much fun.  My in-laws rented a pontoon boat that was the size of a house boat.  It even had a slide!  My brother-in-law invited a friend with a boat to come.  He had the coolest trainer ski thing.  All the little kids got on and were able to ski!  Preston was loving it.  We have to look into that for our boat!  Everyone had a great time and most of us got sunburned.  Right when we were headed to the docks a storm started blowing through.  It got really windy.  Talk about perfect timing!
