Here it is...
Dalton's cast is finally here! He couldn't be more excited. He got it Tuesday afternoon. The kids in his class asked him Tuesday morning if he had his hard cast yet. He told them that he didn't have it yet and they were disappointed. So, Wednesday morning when he walked into class the other kids whispered to each other, "He has his hard cast, and its camo." They were just as excited as Dalton. He had everyone sign their names. His classmates have been very helpful.
I'm not so sure about the health care in Hurricane, though. The doctor started to wrap up the right arm instead of the left one. Even though the left one still had the splint on! The doctor was trying to twist Dalton's arm around so he could wrap it causing Dalton to wince in pain. I've been nervous about getting this cast because of what happened to my cousin when he broke his leg. The cast burnt his leg and he has had far worse problems with that than the broken leg would have been. So far, things are ok, though. He doesn't feel pain anymore. He only has to have the cast on for a month. Hopefully, this will be our last broken bone for a long time.

Thats cool they have fun cast's now!
Ya I do zumba, hip hop abs and 10 minute trainer. I try to mix it up so I don't get board. Its so hard to have self control at home especially when we hang out in the kitchen area so much!
Hey Dalton! Nice cast! They never had such cool things when we were kids- mine was just plain boring white and it got pretty dirty by the time it came off.
porter just showed me where he signed the cast. i guess it is pretty exciting for six-year-olds. it'll be a fun memory for him to have always.
I love that picture of Dalton. He looks so excited about his cast!
it amazes me how much he looks like Melvin!
